Lease is for 5 years commencing March 1st 2026. Rent payable six monthly in advance. Lease is for cropping and grazing of sheep only. Frontage to gravelled B Redfords Road as well as to the sealed Mitre-Nurcoung and other all weather gravelled roads. Large areas of good heavy cropping land with other lighter grazing country and including approximately 70 acres of swamp, 160 acres of natural timber and some partly developed land. Lot C: Crown Allotment 54 Parish of Nurcoung comprising 55.34 hectares or 136.78 acres. No buildings.
